Operations Manager

We are Seeking an Experienced Seasoned Product Owner to Navigate Our Digital Seas and anchor our web presence and guide our digital journey from our base in Barcelona. 

Product Vision and Strategy: 

• Proactively challenge and expand the business vision by integrating emerging market trends, customer insights, and cutting-edge technology to set industry standards. 
• Continuously push for innovative solutions that advance our digital presence, ensuring the website not only meets but defines best practices in the industry. 

As a Web Product Owner your main duties will include, but not limited to, for the Company and its subsidiaries: 

 Product Backlog Management: 

• Prioritise and manage the product backlog, ensuring that it reflects the most valuable features and improvements.
• Define and document user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements. 

Team Collaboration: 

• Work closely with development, design, and QA to ensure a shared understanding of the product goals. 
• Participate in Agile ways, such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. 

Release Planning and Coordination: 

• Plan and coordinate product releases, taking into account dependencies and timelines. 
• Communicate release plans to stakeholders and manage expectations regarding delivery timelines and features. 

Stakeholder Communication: 

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, facilitating effective communication. 
• Gather feedback from stakeholders and incorporate it into the product development process. 

Product Performance Monitoring: 

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success and impact of the product. 
• Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. 

Risk Management: 

• Identify and address risks and issues that may impact the successful delivery of the product. 
• Work proactively to mitigate risks and find solutions to challenges.
